This rum, produced from the Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot Still, was laid down in oak barrels for 12 years. Laid down for 12 years in oak barrels, this rum was produced from the original Edward Henry Potter (EHP) Wooden Coffey Still, first constructed at the Enmore Estate in 1880. ​

Butterscotch nose blended with roasted coconut and apple. An initial taste of baked peach and coconut with a smoky cedar finish. Excellent mouthfeel.

This rum, produced from the Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot Still, was laid down in oak barrels for 12 years. ​

American oak barrels play host to Plantation 5YO Rum, where it ages for three to four years. Next, a woody and nutmeg palette is drawn out in Ferrand French oak casks as the rum continues to mature for one to two years. The result is a subtle and tropical Barbadian style rum, excellent for aperitifs or classic cocktails like the Mai Tai.

Plantation Grande Réserve is a blend of different rums from Barbados, matured in Bourbon casks in the Caribbean and then for one year in the southwest France, in old French oak barrels. Its rich nose reveals notes of grilled coconut and woody vanilla. Delicious as a sipping rum and in cocktails.

Plantation Stiggins Pineapple Rum is an artisinal infusion of pineapple in Carribean Rum. Delicious by itself, in an Old Fashioned or in a Classic Daiquiri. Enjoy!

Bold aromas of coconut creme pie and creme brulee follow through on a rich entry to a fruity medium-full body with layers of dried tropical fruits and sweet baking spices. Finishes with a spicy praline, cherry, and toasted coconut fade with spicy cedar and leather underneath.

Aged in a combination of bourbon, delicate sherry and Pedro Ximenez wine casks to create a unique depth of flavor and character. After three years the used barrels are emptied and then recharred to give the rum a sweeter flavor from the newly charred wood.
